Terms and Conditions for ecommerce orders (internet) Multiquip®, Stow and Gadsden Scaffold® Products:

Payment: Secure online payment is provided through Verisign® or Paypal®. Other methods of payment may be available. Since all said products sold on this site are shipped directly from shipping points designated by the respective manufacturer, and since Robin Rents stocks no Multiquip® and/or Gadsden Scaffold® products in-house, all products must be paid-in-full before the order can be processed and the order placed with the manufacturer.  The order will then be forwarded to the manufacturer and the manufacturer will schedule shipping.

There are no credit or extended terms expressed or implied.

Minimum Order: Robin Rents has a $10 minimum order. Additionally, Multiquip® and Gadsden Scaffold® impose a minimum order on us. If your order does not meet the minimum requirement of the manufacturer you will be notified and given the choice to increase the order or cancel.

Product Warranty: products are warranted exclusively by the manufacturer. The final judgment on product warranty will be made by the manufacturer.

Shipping: Since these products are drop-shipped by the manufacturer, shipping location and shipping date will be at the discretion of the manufacturer. Our shipping charges are computed to the location specified on the order, provided your shipping address is a "business address". Whether or not your address is a "business address" is decided solely by the commercial carrier. In the case that the commercial carrier levies a "residential delivery surcharge" or some other fee for a residential delivery, you, the customer will be responsible for payment of the fee.

RETURN POLICY for Multiquip® and Gadsden Scaffold® Products: Due to the nature of our business, Robin Rents maintains an "all sales are final" policy. A return will only be accepted up to the duration and parameters of the manufacturer's warranty for exchange or repair if a product is found to have a manufacturing defect. Only items that have a manufacturer's defect will be considered for return. We sell only first quality merchandise. No seconds or remanufactured merchandise will be advertised or sold unless the item description clearly stated such.

  • The end user needs to acquire a Return Authorization from the customer service department at Robin Rents.
  • The defective product then needs to be shipped freight prepaid in its original packaging to the location provided by the Customer Service Department at Robin Rents.
  • No return shipments will be accepted by Robin Rents, or by the manufacturer of the defective product, without the original packaging and Return Authorization.
  • Once received in satisfactory condition, the original product will be refunded, minus a restocking fee up to 25%, and the end user will be billed for the replacement product.
  • The original product must be returned in "As New" condition, in the original packaging and with a Return Authorization provided by the customer service department at Robin Rents.

      Any returned item that does not meet the above conditions will be considered the property of the end user; and will be shipped back to the end user at the end user's expense. No refund will be provided for any product returned that does not meet all above conditions. There will not be a charge if the order is cancelled before the order is processed, but, Robin Rents reserves the right to charge an additional 5% fee on all canceled orders, if the order has already been processed.
