Terms and Conditions for ecommerce orders (Internet) of Heater Parts
Payment:
Secure online payment is provided through Verisign®.
Other methods of payment may be available.
Minimum Order:
Robin Rents
has a $10 minimum order.
Product Warranty:
products are
warranted exclusively by the manufacturer. The final judgment on
product warranty will be made by the manufacturer.
RETURN POLICY for
Heater Parts

Due to the nature of these parts no returns can be accepted nor refunds
made. “All Sales are final”. Be sure that the part you order is the
part you need.
Exceptions:

If we make a mistake
and send the wrong item we will refund 100% including the return freight.

To return an item
call us first at 256-776-4125. Explain the reason for the return. We will
issue a Return Goods Authorization number and a shipping address. You will
need to write this number on the box below the shipping label. Returns
without this number will not be accepted and returned to sender. COD returns
will not be accepted.

Returns must include original invoice and packaging and parts must be in a
resalable condition.

Damaged/missing goods:
If merchandise was damaged in shipping, or parts are missing, immediately
notify the carrier and file a claim. Do not discard the shipping container
or the merchandise. Following this, call or write us for further
instructions.

We will share
our years of experience with you in an effort to make your heater operate to
factory specifications, based on the symptoms that you provide. Please
understand that any recommendation for trouble- shooting comes strictly from
your description and your opinion that has been given to our
tech staff over the internet or over the phone. If your heater was in our
shop, we may have a different evaluation of the problem. Therefore, no
returns can be accepted, and we cannot be responsible for a mis-diagnosis.
Our company must be held harmless for any problems that may arise.

Refunds will be made by the same method of payment.

Your claim must be made within 10 days of purchase.
We
will not refund if:

The parts have been installed and/or used. We can’t sell used parts.

The merchandising package is damaged, destroyed, or missing.

More than 10 days have elapsed since the purchase.
